| Oh yes, and can someone please show me how to change my background and text colors so I don't BURN MY EYES OUT reading this!? | | |
| Oh my... my xanga must surely be broken-hearted. It got me through high school and most of college... and then I graduated and what did I do!? I deserted you! Oh, what a horrid blogger I am. No worries. Myspace and Facebook have seemingly lost their flare... so what happens when the new wears off and the old shines through? I suppose you just go right back to the old. Well I'm not going to write what's been going on in my life, because from the looks of things... no one else reads this either... and I know whats been going on so that would be just be a gigantic waste of time. In any case, I suppose I should at least complain about a few things... 1) work.. which I absolutely despise yet refuse to not be lazy and go out and actually get a new job since apparently this whole "real job" thing isn't working out for me. 2) half-marathon training... what... in my mind made me think I could ever possibly run 13.1 miles in one day... why did I think that? why did I committ myself to such a painstaking task. I am currently into week 4 of training and just ran 5 miles in about 1 hour 8 minutes. WHY!? The thing about me is, once I resolve to do something, I have to do it or else I have this horrible feeling lingering over me. So, September 19th I will run 13.1 and never think about physically, with my body, walk, run, jog, swim, sprint, any distance over 1 mile. Hopefully it won't be a year before I update this guy again. | | |

| YES!
The hardest exam is over. Repeat: Over. So many wonderful things can happen now: I can work on Coach's and senior's gifts for our banquet on Friday (TOMORROW!?) That's okay though, I have nothing to do because CLASSES ARE OVER! Only one more actual exam that I have to sit down and study for. And that's not till Tuesday or Wednesday which is like an eternity from now.
Right now I am hosting my final radio show of the year. We're not supposed to play two songs by the same artist in an hour no are we supposed to play "music that fits our own agenda." However, I just played two Dean Martin songs and played all of my favorite jazz songs which total a run time of about 45 minutes. I also played La Bomba by Ricky Martin which is so not jazz. I'm such a rebel.
Yesterday I worked at TV 44 and made money. It will soon go to the Bank of Brian because as of now I owe my entire life's savings to him.
If any of you know my brother, Erik, this story might appeal to you, but probably not. You see, after Erik cheated on his spouse (which seems to a common trend) a lot of his friends basically stopped being friends with him. Since then, I have run into several of them and have started hanging out with them. Well once Erik found out about this, he was very... angry to say the least because his little annoying sister was now all-grown up and winning over his former friends. Funny. Well, now one of his high school is buddies is getting married and I happen to be attending the wedding on the arm of another one of his former high school friends. I can't wait, it should be a fun/entertaining night. See you there Reek, even though you don't know it yet.
In other, more important news:
If you have any free time on Saturday might I suggest coming down to Bluffton and tailgating, cooking, run around topless (if you're a man) and paint your chest (also, men preferred). This is because in order to win conference, we absolutely must to win all 4 games this weekend. Saturday's games are at home at one. Be there. Please. And have fun and be loud.
I'm so happy right now.
: )
Take that school!
